clearing my chi

it's been a LONG time since i've blogged, so i thought maybe it's time i should put something down here.  not much new happening in my neck of the desert.  i pretty much live the most BORING life ever.  i keep thinking that i should get out more often, but sometimes the energy and effort it takes to "get out" just isn't worth the getting out.  

math is still math.  hahahahaha, i failed my last test, and i think right now i'm sitting somewhere between a D and an H.  i am thinking that re-taking this class is a REAL possibility, and then i get this wicked pain in my stomach at the thought of a math repeat performance.  soooooooo, i'm gonna keep on pushing my brain in hopes of a brick from the wall hitting me over the head so i will suddenly have an aptitude for math.  GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!!  my Photoshop class is going GREAT!  i'm really enjoying it, and i'm not sure if my teacher is giving me such positive feedback because my work is good, or if she just feels sorry for the old blind lady.  i'm learning just enough about Photoshop to make me dangerous.  i have the tools, i just can't remember what to do with them.  mwaahahahahahahahahahahaa....(that's my evil laugh).

the kids are good.  not much new going on with them.  logan got a new puppy, and i spend quite a bit of time "puppy-sitting" while he's at school/work.  ash just auditioned for a musical and is going to be the understudy for the part of a 10-year-old girl.  hahahaha, i'm not sure how she felt about the fact that she can pull off being 10, but she felt really honored to even be cast since 80+ people auditioned, and there are only 8 main characters.  colton is still playing his bass.  he's taking piano this year, and it's fun to hear music in the house.  he went to see the Phoenix Symphony Orchestra last weekend.  Ya gotta love it when your 17 year old teenage BOY wants to go to the symphony!!  he's been working on college prep stuff and applications.  i can't believe he graduates this year.  WOW!  where did all that time go???  dallin is doing good.  he's enjoying online school, and has recently started playing Warhammer with Logan.

well....that's the past few months in a nutshell.  wish i could tell you that i've finished my time machine that i've been working on, or that i've figured out this whole universe/dark matter thing.  naaaaah, i'm just a regular mom, getting through one day at a time. =)
